Migrant Information Day Georges River Council - 11th October 2023
On Wednesday morning between 10 am and 1 pm the choir will be performing at the Georges River Migrant
Information Day at Marana Auditorium, MacMahon Street, Hurstville to welcome new migrants to the area.
Global Harmony Day - Sunday 22nd October 2023

The choir will be performing as part of Georges River Council's Global Harmony Day at the
Civic Theatre, MacMahon Street Hurstville, 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm.

and many other performers with special guests direct from Indonesia:

Magic of Christmas at Carss Bush Park - 3rd Dec 2022
On Saturday 3rd December the choir joined other performers to participate in the Georges River Council's Magic of Christmas family concert. The choir gave a 30 minute performance singing Australian and Internatonal Christmas Carols.
Podcast - Joy of Aging
With the help of Pat Cranney and Christina Mimmocchi the choir wrote a script and songs for a 'Joy of Aging' cabaret. This was to be performed on stage but COVID-19 intervened and after several postponements it was decided to turn it into a Podcast. This was finally completed in April 2022 and can be found on our website under 'Repertoire/Podcast'. This was financed with a grant from Georges River Council.

COVID Recovery Video - Cabaret March 2021
With a grant from Georges River Council a COVID Recovery Video was made by the choir performing the song 'Cabaret'. This video can be seen on our website by clicking of 'Repertoire'.
Club Rivers Street Fair - Sat 14th March 2019
The Choir performed a set of songs at the Club Rivers Street Fair, Little John Street Riverwood.
Singing for Refugee Week - 21st June 2019
The Choir performed at the Kensington Community Centre as part of an event arranged by Sydney Multicultural Services to celebrate the journey, survival and resilience of people from a refugee background.
Voices 2019 Festival- Brunswick Heads - 1st June 2019
Fiestaville Choir performed their very popular 'Amulet' Show at the Voices Festival.

A morning of Merry Melodies - a show-tunes sing-along concert at Hurstville Entertainment Centre.

Carss Cottage Museum
As part of its repetoire the choir sang a new and original song by Christina Mimmocchi and Pat Craney "The Unworn Wedding Dress". The dress is on exhibition in the museum.
The Choir performed a multicultural program for the residents of several local nursing homes and retirement villages.
We started off wanting to bring the joy of our singing to various communities and found as often happens, that in doing these concerts we gained a lot of pleasure, connection, meaning and belonging ourselves. We thank Georges River Council for the opportunity to bring our music to the community.
